TFM Requirements
To qualify for membership you must meet these minimum requirements:
1. Your team must have a minimum three (3) years of verifiable service. NOTE: On June 1, 2014, this requirement will change to five (5) years of verifiable service.
2. Your team must have a web presence hosted on an advertisement-free service.
3. You must provide a minimum two (2) references from prior clients, including full contact information so that we may speak with them.
4. The founder(s) of your team must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have a clean criminal record. All existing members of your team must also have a clean criminal record. Annually, each team will be required to submit a statement confirming that each member of their team is compliant with this criminal background policy.
5. Your team must provide all services at no cost to the client. You may accept freely-given donations, but may not charge fees nor solicit donations for services rendered, travel expenses, fuel charges, or for any other reason.
6. Your team must be located in (and must operate within) an area in which we otherwise lack coverage.
7. If your team is rejected for membership, you may not reapply for at least one (1) year.
